Healthtech.mu explains health technology and provides browser-based decision tools. This policy describes the information handled when you browse the site, contact us, subscribe, or use the AI assistant.
Information we collect
The contact form collects the name, email address, optional organisation, topic, and message you submit. The newsletter form collects your email address. Hosting and analytics systems may process standard technical request data and aggregated usage information needed to operate and improve the site.
Browser-based tools
Glossary searches, maturity-check answers, and buyer-question selections remain in your current browser session. They are not submitted to Healthtech.mu and are not saved by these tools. Closing or refreshing the page clears them.
AI assistant
If you choose to use the AI assistant, your messages are sent to our AI service provider to generate a reply. Do not include patient records, health readings, names, contact details, account credentials, or confidential commercial information. Assistant messages are for general education, not clinical or legal advice.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, administer subscriptions, protect and operate the site, understand aggregate usage, and improve our content. We do not use website submissions to make automated decisions about a person.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers for hosting, form and subscription storage, email delivery, analytics, and AI-generated replies. They receive only the information needed for those functions and may process it under their own security and retention controls.
Your rights in Mauritius
